As a knife collector that makes the majority of purchases online(due to there not being any good stores nearby), I am always nervous of the fit and finish of the knives I will receive. I recently received a Strider and Chris Reeves Large Insingo from Monkeyedge that had some questionable F&F. I had some questions about the Strider and the centering was slightly off on the Sebenza. I sent an email to MonkeyEdge Sunday and not only did they respond..... but Brady Miller (the owner) sent me an email answering every question I had with great detail by the time I woke up(8:00 AM EST) today. He was very kind throughout, and his wealth of knowledge is pretty astounding. We also had a great conversation over the phone for about 20 minutes and every issue was resolved. I just wanted to thank them for their outstanding customer service and how they really put their customers first. I've dealt with several online retailers and I have never gotten anything close to this type of service. It's refreshing to know there are still polite level headed people out there, so I thought I would share my first hand experience with all my fellow knife nuts! Thanks again Brady!

Very good to hear as I have been looking at a certain knife on their site and there's not much info regarding Monkey Edge out there so thanks and nice to hear!

Love hearing about great customer service!
You're going to keep the Stryder the way it is Anthony??

They also get purchased items in the mail ASAP. Never had an issue with them, top notch.

Been buying with them since they were mainly a toy store that sold striders on the side.
As said, they get products in the mail to you fast and cs is top notch. They will tack on a little bit on a rare item, but if you need it, gotta pay.
Good crew in my book, not into the monkey heads on my blades though.

Palo, Yes for now I'm happy with it. There is no lock rock, the lock stick is gone, and the blade feels like its running on glass with a rock solid lockup so I can deal with the short stop pins, as they aren't really meant for flicking it open anyways. I'm planning on designating it as a harder use knife since it has the tanto(pry bar with edge) anyways. My other SNG CC has the normal thumb studs and it has "waved" open a few times which was kind of scary so the shorter stop pins will take care of that issue.
