Yes - allows me to actually do something else after grinding one of these....:p

I use it to support the spine, while the other hand is holding the handle part of the blade.


I don't need it with smaller knives.

Tried to email you to find out if there was any chance to get in on a CPM3V Monster Nessie in the foreseeable future. Please let me know.

Thanks, Dan. I can wait, but am not comfortable putting down a sizeable deposit with no idea when it would be ready. If possible, you could put me down on a wait list, and once there is a more definitive time to delivery (say a couple of months), then I could pay the deposit. Let me know if that works. Thanks.
 
Hey Dan. When you get a chance can you please indicate on the list that I paid the deposit. Somehow that never got in there from when I placed the order. I'm no. 33. Thanks.
 
@ JCavSD: It may be a while. I sent the balance I owed for my knife back in August and it still hasn't been reflected on the list. Hopefully these things will be coming out soon
 
I haven't made any updates because everything is in a "folder" right now and once I get going hard-n-heavy on these, I'll go through and make all the updates, etc.


Now for some good news - I've cleared out things in my shop and am set to start finishing out Monster Nessies the beginning of next week. They should start rolling out around one-a-day. :thumbup:

I have cleared everything out of the way now.

It has been a very long wait.

I apologize for the delays, but the time has come to get these going. I plan on heat-treating the first 2 dozen orders this Saturday.

We'll take it from there.

I managed to grind out a bunch today.

I have 7 ready for heat-treat and 8 more to go.
