Okay, I have to sell some knives so I don't lose the house. So it's come down to me pulling out a good chunk of my collection (~$10,000 worth) for a group photo and just letting you guys pick and choose like you're searching through my organs (that's what it feels like anyways...and I suppose it really is sell the knives or sell some organs). I don't think it's possible for me to describe every knife in great detail, but I will attempt to do so. I'll try to go in some sort of order. I guess bottom to top, left to right.
