Ever buy one piece of gear and then get the "real deal" on one from your wish list? I did. This pack is brand new with the tags and well designed, but I decided I wanted more volume. Mont Bell does not sell this model in sizes and I would rate it for a long torso-- Golite large size packs fit the same as this one.

Actual weight is 2 pounds 4 ounces. The lid is removable and is 5 ounces. The top has a typical drawstring collar and single strap over it with a buckle. There are compression straps and load-lifter straps, ice axe loops, haul loop and sternum strap. The back panel has removable foam pad and plastic frame sheet. Waist and shoulder straps have enough slack to fit a big guy. It's a nice stable pack, I just want another 1000 cubic inches. It does not come with a hydration bladder or hose.
