Mont Blanc Meisterstuck FP model 149 fine point

I was given this by a relative. It is a 70s maybe early 80s genuine Mont Blanc model 149. This nib is the Fine Point. I sent it out toMont Blanc and had it serviced. It was returned and has been tested and is working properly. It is currently filled with MB royal blue ink. No box or manuals. I will throw in a leather pouch with the pen. These pens retail about $700.00 new I am asking $250.00 for the pen and leather case. I will include the receipt from Mont Blanc for warranty purposes.
