The monthly RAT Cutlery knife giveaway is coming to Bladeforums. We have canceled the give away on the web site and want to move it to this forum instead. It will be up to Tony and Shotgunner to decide how to draw the lucky winner and which knife they will give away each month. The details haven't been worked out yet but I'm sure the mods will post it up once we get everything finalized.

I am also growing a large garden this year, the goal is to grow and can enough to make it through the winter with little assistance.

Thats some hard work good luck :thumbup:, last year we grew corn, potatoes, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, purple half runners (green beans), lettuce, carrots, zucchini, and squash. Plowing and tillering isn't as bad as harvesting. I especially dislike picking, stringing, and breaking beans but now I don't mind eating them . Pickled green beans and corn is pretty good :thumbup:, its real good on top of corn bread with soup beans and a little bit of chili.
