Hi guys,

I just found out today from a very early phone call from UPS, that Moose sent us something from that contest. I can not thank you enough Moose, I really cant.

My problem lays with UPS. They are wanting to charge me BIG money just to get it from Vancouver, to my door. Which is about two days in the mail.

Because Moose valued it at $75, they are wanting to charge me so far, $28, plus any tax, plus duties, and then they have to “rate” it...what ever that is...it does not sound good. They are going to call back sometime today and tell us how much the final charge would be.

If Moose had valued it at $60, we would not be getting charged a thing.

I have no money to pay for all this, its probably going to cost me more in duties, taxes, and shipping etc, etc, then to just buy the knife.

They say that I have the right to send it back to you Moose, but then I am afraid you would be charged even more for coming over the border a second time.

I'm sorry if my grammar is not that good right now, I have had very little sleep over the last few days.

I don’t know what to do right now.

I got a package from Ethan and Kabar containing a few blades and a shirt. It cost me a fortune in fees and import duties. I had to write Ethan and politely decline his offer of a second package. Courier companies suck big time.

Wow...thank you so much guys...This is unbelievable...wow. By the way, the knife that being held hostage with a ransom...err..phone call by UPS, is actually going to my little brother.
