i think i tried to get that ridiculous etch off, didnt work sadly. was too deep.

I tried the same with one I had prior to these. It’s very deep. Only thing I could do was lighten it, but it’s still very visible on the blade.

There is Albers design in this...a lost history

Etchaphobia!! I like a deep etch!! Each to his own!!!

I think the blank shields were put there for the highfalutin' amongst us who might want to engrave initials or some other personalization. At least that's what I thought.

I leave mine blank - I must be lowfalutin"!!

Thank you, it was tough to decide wether or not to use it. But I figured I won’t keep it if I don’t use it at least sometimes

I was informed once upon a time that ea42 had his hands in this...the CSC Moore Maker design may have in fact kicked off the Eric's Jack...
