Very nice. Could you post a photo of the end of the pommel. Thanks

The pummel end is slightly rounded and looks like polished granite. The moose antler is the hardest I have ever used. The photo does not show the texture well but the whole handle is very dense: no soft spots like some antlers. This is why I just left the butt end exposed rather than add a butt cap. I hope this helps.

That looks great. The curve of the grip is very much like a "modern" (post 1890) sabre grip or a foil grip all grown up...

You better not go and get old on me, Gerry. One day I'm going to win the lottery and you are going to be so dag gummed busy!

Hey, I am already old, ugly, gumpy and overworked. Better get one while you can.

PM sent! I can tell by all the grit and grime on Gerry's hand that he put a whole lot into this one. Oh, wait, you washed your hands before you took the pic, right, Gerry? ;) It's a beautiful rustic, western hunter, just the kind I love.

Didn't know what to expect when I saw the "moose antler" title. Kind of pictured some sort of crazy two-handed grip needed to swing a moose antler blade around.

That's a beauty, Gerry! Congrats SettSecurity - this a great looking (and unique) knife.

Thank you!
Got the knife this weekend, and I must say it looks even better than the pictures. Very nice work, Gerry! And that ATS-34 will sure hold up well.

SettSecurity:
Thank you for the feedback; glad you like it.
