Sure, I would love to see those photos.
I realized the blades are the same, but still, I think there are differences, pro and contra between the two models (sheath, handle, comfort, usability, etc...).
One of these days I'm gonna pick up one of them and right now I'm leaning towards the EsKabar.

I'll try my best. Might be a couple of weeks from now, my cutlass is still out for new pants c/o Mashed Cat Outfitters, and I don't have a Bussekin of similar size yet.

Don't worry man, no rush. Like I said in my BK9 question thread, I don't have the funding for one right now anyway. That whole thread is more so I know what blade to put on my wish list.

Also, seeing how my knife collection is comprised of like 4 knives (BK2, Mora clipper, gerber paraframe and a ken onion kershaw), I just get to sit back and enjoy the forthcoming reviews.

This weekend I will try out three big blades, the BK9, Kabar Cutlass Machette, and my Turley Grand River.

Even I am wondering which one will win. Never had them all out at once, side by side. I'm no Steven Spielberg, so no video, but I will take lots of pics.

They all have special meaning to me,

I would like to see the Condor Kumunga compared to the BK9 if anyone has both. I've seen the BK9 compared to alot of other knives but never to the Kumunga. So please if anyone can do this it would be sweet. (Trying to decide if its worth the extra money to spend on the 9 versus the apx $30 on the Kumunga)
P.S. I know this is the Becker forum so "of course its worth the extra money", but still... help a poor brother out, do the review (please), I need the justification to buy the 9. lol
 
I don't own the 9, but the Kumunga is 3/16 and the taper starts almost immediately, so I can almost guarantee it will chop better. :thumbup: (The 9.. will chop better)
