I could not be more impressed with Mora's cs, I'm absolutely blown away. A couple of weeks ago I got my first ever Mora, the carbon companion. Out of the box the edge is ground down and almost rounded off on one side, it looks like someone held it against the grinder too long. I wasn't terribly disappointed knowing that QC on a 20$ knife isn't priority one, however Id heard so many great things about these knives and so far wasn't impressed... All that has changed. Unfortunately the low cost of the knife made it not worth the postage to send back to the retailer so I posted a comment on Morakniv's facebook page explaining my issue and they responded by asking me to email them, once I did they promptly responded apologizing for the issue and asking for my address to send a replacement! They did not want the other one back, they just said "sorry, here's a new one!", they also threw in 2 little packets of Mora band aids... Kind of unsettling but appreciated all the same.
