I visited the Mora of Sweden website today. I was surprised to find neither the #510 nor the #780 among their product list. Have they stopped producing these models?

I may have to stock up...:)

I had the same question some time ago. Apparently they haven't, they are just really bad a keeping up there website. They still make them, and ragnar still sells them.

But, by all means don't let that little bit of information stop you from stocking up...

Ha!

I've already had 2 people at work buy Moras from me today after seeing the one I was using for a util knife....

I guess I'll have to.

Which one were you using?

I actually spoke to a rep from mora of sweden in regars to the 510..he said for the time being they are still producing it but it has been supercerded by the clipper, and the models with guards he said that the best selling outdoor knife they have right now is the 2000...so buy more 510's help keep them in production....(unless they plan on making a carbon m2k that'd be sweet)

But the m2k is soooo ugly... there I said it. :foot: :p

I think it would look better with an all black handle. I spray painted my 510's handle black. Worked well, looks better.

I agree, the Mora 2000 is uglier than the fantasy knives in a Bud K catalog. But it works!
