In the images I show a Bahco 2444, as it is produced by Morakniv. It would be the same Mora Companion.

Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
It’s close. The blade stock is a little thinner, the orange plastic is not as bright as the companion, and the rubberized handle insert is a little harder. At the price, you can’t beat it. I hesitate to mention it, because if it gets more popular, it will get more expensive. In the images I show a Bahco 2444, as it is produced by Morakniv. It would be the same Mora Companion.
Gato they look great, elevated to a really nice knife! I need to rehandle one of my Moras, you've given me some inspiration!![]()
That Japanese folder at least justifies the price in some sense, while this is just idiot tax.As another thought yes they are pricey but then again you can often see people here bitching and whining that their mirror polished Japanese USD1000 high tech folder got hairline scratch from polishing cloth. So I guess it is all relative.
