Morakniv Ash Wood collection... I don't really get it

In the images I show a Bahco 2444, as it is produced by Morakniv. It would be the same Mora Companion.
It’s close. The blade stock is a little thinner, the orange plastic is not as bright as the companion, and the rubberized handle insert is a little harder. At the price, you can’t beat it. I hesitate to mention it, because if it gets more popular, it will get more expensive.

Gato they look great, elevated to a really nice knife! I need to rehandle one of my Moras, you've given me some inspiration! 😊

As another thought yes they are pricey but then again you can often see people here bitching and whining that their mirror polished Japanese USD1000 high tech folder got hairline scratch from polishing cloth. So I guess it is all relative.

Thank you brother.
The possibilities are endless. Good and cheap knives, can be modified to the customer's taste.

That Japanese folder at least justifies the price in some sense, while this is just idiot tax.
