The Mora 120 woodcarving knife with a thin, tapered blade of laminated steel.

If you carve wood you should own one. (Granted I don't, but I do use the Mora 122 with the straight edge for anything I don't want to use my pocket knife for and a carving friend of mine swears by his Mora 106)
