4 knives with great heritage, a wonderful assortment; but honestly none of them made me say WOW.
I respect the persons that made them, and love the fact that the owner and others love them, but for me there is something "off" about each one. Not that I would complain if given any of them, but am surprised at my own opinion.

if one is only go to have 4 knives, these would certainly be something to be proud of and they make up a nice little very kewl collection. Congrats for being so discerning and able to put the $ together at the right time to select such splendid cutlery examples. Sometimes I think I should have become so discerning.

I only have an ideal, is Damascus Moran st-24 0n the book 159th page(MASTER OF THE FORGE) .
 
I was at Jays shop when he finished the knife and box, actually I was there through the several weeks of building them.

I forget now Knife31 are you in Japan or China?
