Moran sheath problems, or is it me?

I got a new Moran with the kydex sheath. Love the knife, as usual, but can't seem to figure out the placement of the screws for some of the positions shown. For the inverted and crossdraw positions the holes all seem to be just a little bit out of alignment. I think I've tried all possible combinations. Is it possible I have a defective sheath?

As suggestion for Spyderco would be to include a diagram with placement of the screws for the various positions...

There shouldn't be any problems with the holes as they are CNC drilled. In some of the carry modes it calls for the screws to be used in different hole sequences. Some will require the holes to be used accross the top, the bottom or either of the sides of the TEK-LOK. Just align two of the non-eyeletted holes in the sheath with the holes in the TEK-LOK. For the highride crossdraw mode use the bottom two holes on the TEK-LOK and the bottom two holes in the sheath.
The holes in the sheath and the TEK-LOK should all lineu for in the following carry modes: verticle, inverted, horizontal,SOB,and highride crossdraw.
If you have any further problems call me at 253-581-4347. I personally checked about 30 random sheaths in a new batch out in the shop and they were OK.
Will try to get a diagram worked up ASAP!!!
thanks !

Tim,

The bottom two holes on my sheath do not line up with any combination of holes. I think I got a defective one. I will call you.
