The ringed gidgee is very dry (7-8%) as we only cut from long dead trees. It is really only personal preference as to whether you stabilize it or not. Most of our customers dont, in fact, of the hundreds of blocks that we have sold, we have only heard of a couple that have then been stabilized.
As far as postage costs, each block is cut to maximise the figure, so each block is a different size and weight. The website will work out your postage costs for you after you have put you blocks into your shopping cart and entered your location. This is before you pay for them, so you can always back out if you want. For 3 average size blocks, it would cost you AUS $34 to get them posted to you. They should take 7 10 working days.
