Well, your pictures convinced me that I was missing out, so I just placed an order for a Scandi Slitter in green Canvas Micarta w/ red liners. Another blow to the wallet, but these knives look to be well worth it!

Beautiful knives! I've got a Lil' Friend on order with Charlie and really looking forward to it. I think I have a couple of more in mind now too.

I have a Slitter, one of his early designs. I think you will enjoy his work.

He doesn't do the little choil anymore, he told me he found it to hang up on the deer hide when skinning. Charlie uses his knives and thinks about thier function. This Slitter doesn't have any liners, which makes it thinner.

Charlie does a good job with his scandi grinds, I have a scandi Trace I like.

I like that green canvas micarta, I saw one of his Fishbone models and a FireMaker with it and it looks realy good.
