If it's made in China, it's made in China. Does it really matter if it's fake or real if it's made in China? Take a pair of Chinese made Nike sneakers for example. If the swoosh was replaced with a star, would the quality(or lack of it) be different?

Let's not let zenophobia cloud the issue that was brought up by this thread.

The fact that it's a total counterfeit is the problem, not that it's made in China.

The China vs. USA made Buck's is a totally different issue.

The intent of your statement #4 was obvious, since many sellers, dealers and even Buck themselves state "Made in China" on the one's they have produced there. That alone doesn't make it a fake.

How would that make it a buyers fault for purchasing one so listed and getting a counterfeit?

That was the point I was trying to make. I think China vs. USA is a for another discussion.

Again, "Made In China" doesn't mean "counterfeit" since several lines of Bucks are made there. To you it seems to.

"they are giving permission for their product to be legally counterfeited. This is NOT opinion"

That is your opinion and not a fact.

110, Let's let Buck say that they gave permission for anyone to use their logo, trademark etc. right down to the trademark circle on the box. I doubt it.

Why don't you quote your "facts".

And it was you, yourself that brought up China, not me.

"1. It's coming out of China.
2. It's happening over the internet.
3. New frauldulent accounts can be established as quickly as one is shut down.
4. It's actually the buyer's fault, as the listing clearly states: "Notice:this Knife made in china" "

#'s 1 through 3 are true. #4 is only your idea of fact and has zenophobia written all over it.
