Just kidding, but I think this video 'sealed the deal' for many former fans

A note about searching the archive for nonpaying members:
In a Google search box, include "site:bladeforums.com" along with your search terms and it will actually work better than the site's own search tool. It works great with Firefox, I assume with IE as well.
 
I welcome any exposure of wrong information or fraud on this forum. The stakes are too high NOT to have them posted. This ain't basket-weaving we practice (well, that's a great primitive skill but...). Wrong and/or no information kills more folks in survival situations than anything else. Kids watching his show and trying his reckless methods will get hurt or killed.

Ummmm.... yeah. Why would I have posted it if I'd seen another thread on it? Of course, why would I have searched for Bare Girlz anyway?

EDIT: Google= no match.
EDIT MAS: Hmmm. Maybe the thread really isn't "Bare Girlz". My wife will never believe me.
 
Good point. Going back I found that everyone (myself included) misspells or re-spells his name out of either an attempt to introduce the humour it deserves (me) or just simple typos.
My comment, btw, was not meant in any way to condescendingly say "do a search before posting". I recently learned that Google technique so I figured I'd share, given the recent loss of the onboard search function (to most of us).

BTW, an appropriate response by mod Esav to a post similar to mine, only harsher:
Not a big deal, but ... casual insults in response to an honest question aren't really funny. Not everyone is an expert on everything. That's why we have these forums, so people can come and ask questions, and not be derided for it. I certainly don't think <name deleted> was out of line, joking about it, but we don't have to rub it in.

Here's a link to one of the old threads that links to that video. I remember your name coming up in the threads about this, as our opinions of this guy seem identical. I wasn't sure if you were just kicking the debate back up...
I also seem to remember a longer version of that video where they continue panning to show an observatory in the background as well. I could search for it but, meh.....

Yeah, I definitely not impressed with the guy.. but I just saw this video on the Hoodlums board (survival.com). If I did see it earlier, I would have thought I would remembered it. Of course, sometimes I post from work during my lunch break, and I cannot access certain sites such as youtube and myspace. Maybe that's why I didn't see it earlier.
