When I am done with this one I might do a pass around. Let some formites that are intertested check it out.

Yeah, I've seen your kitchen knife, .220 INFI, zero grind edge, It's real dainty :rolleyes:

When your eyes are as bad as mine you need a knive that big so you can find it:thumbup:

Unless it is a filet knife I like them thick enough that they don't flex. I got a Bark River kitchen knife and it is just too thin... something like .07.

Ok finally got those tricky spots on the edge perfected and back up to 9000 grit. These are the last pictures that show edge forming and polishing. Next I am going to try to get the knife back up to costmetic standards.

My idea is to tape of the edge about 2-3 cm in from the edge and glass bead blast the rest of the knife.

I wish you guys could feel this edge... really its amazing.

I always wanted to know if glass bead blasting would be enough to remove INFI dimples.... so I hope you go that route. :thumbup:
