I think it is funny that no one is talking crap about Les, I was waiting on the first episode of Survivorman to see if people tried to pick it apart. Only problem is, is there is very little to pick about on Les' show, just good info. I watched an episode of Ray Mears where he cooked some goose eggs like Les cooked the ostrich egg, I think I am going to try that this weekend with some regular eggs. Chris
