This thread will be to give BF members first shot at some of the weirdest wood I find. You can call any of these pieces "Freaks of Nature" because they don't look anything like they were supposed to look. The colors are all natural colors, nothing dyed pretty colors here. The other "Freaks of Nature" thread was getting too long so I posted this one for some unusual buckeye.

The blocks in this thread will only be available for a matter of days. After a short period of time goes by, the leftovers will be removed and replaced with other strange pieces. With all that you guys have taught me, I figured it was only fair to give you first shot at the best and most unusual pieces of wood I find.

If you see something you like, just say "I'll take #..." and I will mark it sold. That way nobody can buy it out from under you. All this wood comes with a No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee!

Shipping in the US is $2.50 for First Class or $5 for Priority Mail. Buy 2 or more and US shipping is Free.
Photos show both sides of the blocks. The wood has been dampened for the photos to give you a better idea how each block will look finished. Buckeye burl may have some small voids or bark pockets.

No more buckeye burl for a while. I will probably list some near the end of the month. There may still be some available on our website.

Wow some of them look like 3 burls in one---very cool. i would buy them all but last year i was hunting and out of nowhere a buck punched me in my eye. so i stay away from da buckeye--marekz

I'll take 931,932, 940 and 943 if no one else snagged them.

Between the two threads I've found several nice pieces and I should be smart enough to quit now but I believe I will hold out a bit longer just incase you are holding back the really good stuff.

For buckeye or any other burl, these are all very solid pieces. I left the blocks pretty big so you can use them for a bowie or fighter. Or you could do like Butch and maybe get 2 or 3 handles from some of these blocks.
