More HOFSH! *Picture heavy*

Moonberry hope the weather stays like it is so you can keep enjoying using that knife. I'm down the road in Lafayette and have been using my knives as well (No Busse's though :( )
 
I worked in Lafayette, New Iberia, and other nearby towns after the Gustav/Ike hurricanes and we ate every night at a place called "Crawfish Town USA". It was some of the best cooking i have had to date! I was part of a OG&E mutual assistance deal with Cleco and AEP/PSO restoring power to all the affected towns. Love LA! Sorry to get off subject...
