It's what's between the ears (as in brain) that counts for me. A good body (or teeth) is just icing on the cake.

All I was saying is that, when you dress up in skin tight latex and pose for pictures, people are going to look at the pictures and discuss them.
these arent private family photos from someones birthday party. They are just a level or two above soft core porn.
 
I don't know what this means- if it's a exploitation of the diminative size or just the photographer's taste, but more than half the women photographed are drawing attention to 'little girl cutesy' features, through the bare middrifts, shorty short skirts, etc. Did Westerners want little girls? Some were more elegant looking.

Just an observation.
As for the teeth, I"m old enough to remember a time when most folks weren't cosmetically perfect like they are today.

Seems that the discussion started with this pretty little girl and her teeth. I don't see any spandex here.

Not the picture of the girls with the car which the likes of have been developing since forever. Pretty girls in scanty outfits and hot cars have been around forever and have evolved nicely methinks.

I guess if we wanted to cut people down we could start discussing the folks with weight problems. I don't see a helluva lot of difference between who we pick on do you DIJ? :rolleyes: :p

Putting down anyone on this forum just isn't in the spirit of Uncle Bill's legacy.
Now can we take this back to a discussion about cultural differences.

I followed some of the links from the original link and I can't believe what I was reading in what appears to be a public newspaper.
One article was something real similar to something I may have read in Playboy in its early years. Much more fitting to the Pirates Cove or Whine and Cheese than here!:rolleyes:
 
It's a popular look in Japan munk. They spend a lot of money on Westernizing their eyes, chests and their impression of clothing, but teeth get little attention (just my opinion from my direct observations in Japan and Okinawa).

I have seen the same sort of thing here...enhancements at the cost of ignoring basic (I consider teeth basic anyway) health care.

Yes Yvsa, the woman you are talking about and another woman in black were dressed rather elegantly. The gal in the blue top also looks to be nicer, and have more on the ball than many of the other ladies. You can tell someone loved her when she was growing up. Probably had a family. Nice look in her eyes.

When I grew up it was nothing for a kid to have two teeth growing different directions, or a bald spot, or one ear califlowered, or a leg shorter than the other, or polio crutches thrown into the coat room of the school. My own teeth are slightly yellowed from 30 years of drinking black black expresso coffee. My legs are real bowed though I never road a horse. As I've said, I also still stutter and was afflicted by acne as a teenager. I also have numerous scars from accidents and fights.

I think the kids today in America have never looked better, and never had it worse.

DIJ, I'm not mad at you. You just butted in when I was trying to get this thread to head in another direction and trying to get people to see that it isn't cool to talk about others the way it was headed in this forum.
Hell none of us are perfect and we don't like it when people talk about our imperfections and we wouldn't like it if someone was talking about one of our kids that way either.
Saying that someone isn't just a random girl on the street still doesn't give us or anyone the right to talk about them in a derogatory way.
Would you have said anything if one of the girls was your wife's sister or other kin? :rolleyes:
