First is a pair of cocobolo parers. One handle is slightly fatter,so its like a his n hers set,lol.
These are 1/16" stock 440C ss flat ground with a mirror polish,I hope who buys these uses & scratches the $hit out of them,they'll look better that way.Nice thin slicers for apples & potatoe peeling.Steak knife maybe 6-3/4" OAL,blades are 2-7/8 with 2-3/4" cutting edges

And this one is a Russell Harrington Green River blade My guess is 1095 ,it's carbon steel. I put a satin hand rubbed finish on the blade. Curly maple,3/16" brass corby bolts . 15" OAL,blade is 10" with 9-3/4" cutting edge. 1/8" thick blade steel
This is a full size butcher knife for meat cutting not a chopper/machete,FYI =}
