Sorry Dave, I wasnt talking about the avid, I thought Matt was wondering if the oxide coating was gone all together. It looks to be available on the Pro.

I like the 107 however I would like it even more if they left the logo off it looks like an excellent knife for lighter work like field dressing and skinning.
 
I like most of the cutout blades, especially that one, with the bears inside the bear head, perty creative.
