Hey everyone, I have 3 more Parangs ready and up for grabs There are two orange liners, and one with toxic green liners.
These are my version of the south east Asian machete. The steel is 80crv2 right at 59rc, I also spring tempered the spines/tangs for extra toughness.
The handles are Gray Tero Tuf with Orange G10 liners. The scales are attached with epoxy and flared SS tubes. The scabbard is Tek Lok ready kydex with a quick release bunji for extra retention.

I have two of these available.

I'll measure when I get home. I think 2.5" at the widest....

I was guessing 2.5 - 3" looking at the photos. Bet they cut really well.

How do you like that 80crv2 compared to 5160 ? I know it is supposed to be fairly similar. I just got a bar in from Aldo to try out.
