More PMs pretty please!?

The private messaging system is not a replacement for instant messaging programs, chat, email, or IRC. It has it's own niche. People I talk to a bunch have my email. People I talk to daily have my IM client ID(s). People who don't know me send me messages.

I'll probably upgrade the amount of messages members have, but it's not going to be unlimited. I'm certainly not going to set up the option to override full PMs so that lazy people never clear theirs out.
 
A reasonable increase in the number of PMs allowed would be great. I don't mind doing some clean-up once in awhile but not on a weekly basis.
As Josh said, it is nice to keep communication pertaining to a specific forum within that forum. PMs are a great way to do that.
