More Praise for the Convex Edge

sounds good to me, Satori....any day now...get some vid equipment....show us your goods. We likes the vids....:D

I feel like a little worm on a big hook right now. :) I don't know what my bandwidth allowance is but what the heck...if my ISP didn't think it was important enough to explain to me beforehand, they can't very well get angry at me after the fact. (Actually, they can, but that's neither here nor there.)

I'll try to get something up in the next few days. Don't expect to see me chopping up magazines, though. :)

By the way, your name was dropped over at swordforum.com in the general discussion area recently regarding convex sharpening with mousepad and sandpaper. I dropped what I believe to be the basics (and am bracing for shock) but you may want to take a look and possibly add something.

Dan, no problem there. Are those spring loaded clamps holding the magazines?
oh yeah....I treasure my fingers....  :p

Satori - heading over to check it out....flame retardant suit on....(a must at swordforums when talking sharpening)

I can post the vids for you. Sent them to me full size (as long as its under 5 MB). I have a good video compressor that will take it down to 100-300 Kb.

Green Ice - I have a Sharpening CD....but don't have any copies of it (or ability to make one right now). Perhaps a fellow forumite might volunteer to make a copy?
