1. Where any of the ATS-55 Delicas ever made with the flat sabre grind??

2. Has the Delica been made with the combination of ATS-55 and the Boye dent? If so, what year(s)??

Thanks,

Jeff

To answer your second question- I am pretty sure there was an ATS-55 and Boye dent combo. I remember looking at some of them online before Christmas when Spyderco switched over to VG-10.

To answer your question, I'm holding a flat-saber-ground, ATS-55 Delica with the Boye dent in my hand right now.

It's been my EDC since I bought it last year. :)

I have personally seen flat saber-ground ATS-55 Delicas in a shop. They seemed to be the last that shop was offering of the ATS-55 Delicas. I think there were a few ATS-55 versions made with the flat grind right before the steel conversion to VG-10.

There certainly were some ATS-55 Delica's produced with the David Boye dent. The ones I saw locally were all hollow ground.

Mercy! Someone's selling serrated Delicas on Ebay right now for $34.99 with free shipping and handling. I just inquired and the seller told me it was VG-10.
