I’m stuck working at home today while the wife is in town dealing with some matters concerning a trust. So, I thought I’d share some more of the random photos I’ve taken while out working the last few days. I hope you guys enjoy the random photos.

Two thirds of the way through spring and our rain forest is coming to life again.

Oh, and if you’re wondering how I know that was a Rattlesnake track, I watched it being made by this Timber Rattler :) .

I couldn’t tell if these two were fighting or courting…

The last shot was my last glance at the sky as a storm was moving in while I was heading home a couple of days ago.

Great pics Mist. I am not scared of snakes, with the exception of Rattlers. I don't know why, they just scare me for some reason.

I must ask, how do you like the gearpods?

Dog treats ?:D

Mist, as always, spectacular. Nice shots of the snakums. Shoulda killed it and ate it, left its gnawed carcass laying out as a warning. :D

Thanks man, glad you enjoyed them

I haven't tried the shelter out yet, once i do I'll be posting a review. So far I like it a lot, well thought out and well appointed for an emergency survival system.

Lol, the bullion cubes dissolve faster when broken up :)

Thanks Moose, glad you liked the photos.

Eh, I had eaten on the way there...I got more of a kick out of looking and taking photos. Timber rattlers are nearly extinct in some states, and as long as not caught by surprise they usually won't bother you. Here it's the copper heads and cotton mouths that concern me.

Great pictures, mistwalker, as usual! :D

Doc

Thanks Doc, glad you enjoyed the pics!

Excellent thread Mistwalker. Keep them coming.

Thanks Prop, glad you enjoyed the post.

Beautiful shots brother, thanks for sharing.

Thank man, glad you enjoyed it.

Great stuff Mist, that travelling man necker has a great profile to it. Just needs a few scratches and wearmarks to make it handsome! I don't really understand the gearpods and its contents. Is it an esbit stove or something more than that? Trying to clue into your comments about a shelter system.
