This is just an addendum to the sheep horn thread from last week. I just finished this up for a chef in New York State. What d,yall think.

San mai 416 over 52100
416 bolsters tig welded to blade
Blade length; 10.750 inches
Blade width; 1.620 inches
Blade thickness; .110 inches at bolsters full convex grind to 0 edge.
Handl/bolster length; 4.95 inches
 
Tempted to become a chef just have an actual use for that knife. Very cool - I'm not normally a big fan of sheep horn handles, but this one looks great.
