More stolen Busse knives

That stinks Brother, if I see them I will rip them out of their hands and get them back in yours.

Hopefully this POS falls upon one, then the rest are found all around him.. Hate a thief! May he get what is coming, and you get back ALL your INFI.

Real sorry to hear this Jimmy!!! I think of that everytime I leave the house anymore.

Keep an eye in Craigslist and Ebay, OP. DId the scum take just your Busses or other stuff too?

That does stink. Hope that you get them back and that the thieves get what they deserve. Sounds like you need to do more to secure your collection. A locking drawer or cabinet, strong box with good hasps and locks or safe might do the trick. Possibly expensive depending on level of security desired/required and less convenient but you're more likely to still have your stuff at the end of the day. I keep mine in either locking tool chests or an old surplus collapsible steel foot locker with dual hasps and good pad locks. Locked up and in a locked room in a locked house that looks like any other on the street. That and keeping my housemates and neighbors generally ignorant of my collection seems to have worked so far.

Dog gone. Ral sorry to hear brother.

Will keep eyes peeled.

This your kid again? Check that pawn shop.

...most likely a member of your family...

Unfortunately, over two decades in LE makes me suspect the same thing. If you have relatives with access to your house and items stolen without an obvious forced entry, then it's likely family. I worked a case where a teenager was stealing civil war antiques from his father's extensive collection, really rare and valuable items, and pawning them for pennies. Good luck.

^^^^ no traces of a break in= inside job.... Basic and Very logical.

I know that it's nice to be able to have those precious blades easily accessible, if not in a showcase. Mine are hidden away in different parts of my home. A couple are in a kitchen drawer, readily accessible (used daily:thumbup:). It's sad having to dig up the other ones that are stashed away but it's the only way to secure them. I doubt very much that a would be thief could get to all of them.
We've got a very trustworthy teen age girl at home. I dread the day that she'll bring teenage boys home. In general, guys are more interested in knives than girls. Males are more involved in criminal activities than ladies.
You never know what teenagers can be up to when you're not at home. Them snooping around is a common occurrence.

...Curse the bastage that stole those beauties !!!!!

That really sucks!!! Hopefully you or the authorities or Hogs can find the culprit!!!

Try around your neighborhood pawn shops!!!

Jimmy, that is terrible. Lets hope they can be found. Have you hit your local PD to see if they have busted anyone with knives?

Hopefully you will get ur stuff back and the pos will wind up pushing up daisies!!!I would love to send him to hell and then go eat a huge country ham breakfast to celebrate!!!

Unfortunately JJ had a previous thread on this topic, and the thief is known to him and it is family.
