More Test Teams!!!!

Spearhead,
D co, 1/325 AIR 82nd Abn
Quit college, and signed up as Desert Storm was looming (call it a "family thing", our country goes to war, we go to war), made it out of Basic, AIT, and Airborne, got to Ft. Bragg just in time to wait on my unit to come back...oh well.

edit: now we're talking about Walther pistols:confused:
:p

I'm waiting to see if someone comments on what jumping a TOW is like...
I'd love to hear about it:D

:D

well... I've never jumped a TOW but I have jumped a baseplate or two and a tube upon occasion.

Never envied anyone a baseplate. They can have those things, and PRC-77s with spare batteries, too.

btw, the Lightning was the coolest plane of all time, though Yamamoto may disagree...3 different P-38s, 3 different levels of performance from a can-opening perspective:)

I really liked the F4U Corsair myself...:D :D Hey, Jerry, you could name one of the awesome new knives the Corsair!!! "Pappy" Boyington, watch out!!! :D :D :D

Dear Gundster and SpearHog,

I have been informed that you were both excluded from test team consideration because of your excessive distance from Wauseon, Ohio. Since testers may be required to return the knife several times during the testing period for re-handling, they were afraid that the group's progress would be delayed due to excessive times in transit. Sorry, but I did not make the rules on this one. . . The flugin' office girls did!!!!!!:grumpy: :grumpy:

Figures! Sucks to be living far away from Ohio!:grumpy:
Oh well, at least we can share the pain!:(

I'm really interested in the new PH.
The PH has been my main carry for a year or better now.

Last month I used it to cut the tops off 20 of those big
office water jugs (15g?) (We filled them with coins as a fund-riser)

I had to use a hammer to push the top tip throught the 1/4 plastic,
Then pound it all the way around. there was damage to the coating
on the back (from the hundreds of hammer hits) and the top tip
was crushed....Yes I hurt the tip of a Busse!!!

It toke a whole 4 minutes with some 2000grit paper to fix it :)

Anyway Am I the only one who thinks the new handle is WAY over kill
for the FPH. I love how it looks on the FSJ but not on the FPH.

So when do we send the e-mail?

Atrick-Pay, Did you get to handle this new PH at Blade? If not, just wait until you get that new handle in your hands. I think it is greatly improved over the older model as far as fit and feel in the hand is concerned.

Man it is taking me forever to get caught up on these threads. Out at the municipal opera last night until 11. Up early to take care of some businesss. Long day ahead. Imight have to wait until Friday to read them all.

I would like to throw my name into the Blasting Cap.
