About a month ago I had received an E-To from Santi. My payment was delayed reaching him, but he was a gentleman throughout the ordeal. I received the knife before he had received his payment. Not once was he accusatory, or angered by the delay. We maintained good communiaction until the deal was resolved. Not every trade/deal can go off without a hitch (without unforseen problems). Sometimes what seperates the Good from the Great is how a person reacts and conducts themselves when things go wrong. It was in this way that Santi excelled.
Last week, I received an E-Nep from Santi. This transaction was so smooth I just had to post something here in GBU.
One might imagine that trading with/purchasing from someone in Thailand would be difficult. All I can say is that my experiences trading with Santi have been nothing but positive.
Santi is honest, and trustworthy to a fault (even thought he has been ripped off before). In addition, it only took 5 days for me to receive my knife (for those wondering I'm located on the East coast, MD).
I thought it only right to post here in GBU and say some nice things about this outstanding forumite (Santi rules!).
Keep up the good work Santi!
