Can you see that I sometimes get bored making the same knife all the time?

A stout knife that balances heavy to the handle (the way I prefer a knife) and thick at the spine. This would make a great camper for someone who likes to baton firewood or a hunter who uses a knife to split the rib cage and pelvic. The twisted ring is handy to pull the knife from its deep scabbard or to hang the knife on a limb while you field dress and animal.

Forged from 1/4 inch 5160
Flat grind with a clip
Machine finish on the grind with forge marks along the spine
Figured walnut handle; linseed oil finish
Overall length: 9 1/2 inches including the twisted ring
Blade: 4 5/8 inches
Riveted leather scabbard

$150 delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I also take USPS money orders or checks with time to clear. Please contact me for overseas shipping rates.

asupernothing - You did not waste any time removing this tempting result of Gerry's boredom from my grasp! :-) Enjoy! Now the rest of us are left to anticipate Gerry's next exercise in whimsy which never fails to amaze his fans and win him new ones!

I hope you keep getting bored. That's a beautiful knife and the tail is something I've not seen before in a knife like that!!!

I just got this knife and I have to say the pictures do not do it justice. Its absolutely incredible. Its possibly the nicest blade I own, even against ones that cost a bit more. And the riveted sheath is also a beauty, perfectly fitted to the knife. Thanks.
