Moritaka Hamono is incredible!

Just bought a custom-made chef knife from Moritaka Hamono and got an ultra-high quality knife very quickly for a great price! Their family member who speaks English is on maternity leave for the next few months, but if you're patient or speak Japanese and want a top-rate, handmade cooking knife for a good price, I can't recommend them highly enough.
