This Chef knife features a full distal taper and a sculpted/faceted Handle. Its extremely light. You can cut with this all day in style. This is my favorite damascus patterned chef knife yet in my 8 years of making. It took me five days to develop the pattern from 3 different billets that each had multiple forge welds. This was a carefully executed project and I am excited to find it a new home.
