Mosaic damascus dagger

It arrived, and it is beautiful!

Thanks for making this happen Nick, the two pieces(random damascus fighter, and this dagger) are awesome representations of your work in my collection, and for that, I am indeed fortunate.

Best Regards,

Thank you STeven!!! :) :)

Two of my favorite knives to date. The fighter is one of, if not THE favorite of mine so far.

Thank you for the opportunity and support!!! :)

So, I just got home from a 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift, and spent some "quiet time" with this knife.

1. It isn't perfect, but IS as perfect as humanly possible....that's pretty cool!

2. The shape is evocative of Fogg meets Hancock as filtered through Nick...that is to say, uniquely Wheeler, while you are going......like.....something else historically accurate but you can't put your finger on it.....Don Fogg turned me onto Nick.

3. There are a BUNCH of burls in the blackwood invisible under normal light....this one is like Blackwood that is Arizona Desert Ironwood....very burly, but tricky....and stunning.

4. The damascus pattern kicks ass, and is lighter etched than some previous pieces that I have from Nick.....so it has a very elegant feel that keeps the theme of the knife intact

5. I have an earlier piece for sale in Exchange that you dummies are going to have to find that is an excellent buy, and I may just use it at work if no one acts soon!

6. Nick rolled with his own individual aesthetic for this one as the drawing(in comparison) is quite different......this one is better!

Thanks again, Nick, I LOVE it!

Best Regards,
