A2 tool steel, hardened to 59HRC and cryo treated.
The blade is 4-1/8" long, 1" wide and 1/4" thick at the bolster. Flat ground. Tha blade is evenly tapered to the tip.
The bolster is my own mosaik. Nickel Silver, brass and Sterling Silver.
Hidden tang mounted in Lignum Vitae handle. Right now the color of the handle is greenish-yellow and a bit uneven. After few weeks it will become dark brown-blackish. To make it happen faster you may put the knife under direct sun light. That is the feature of the Lignum Vitae wood. It is kinda light sensitive.
The knife has a LEFT side sheath. Hand made, wet fitted. Vertical carry only. It accomodates almost whole knife so there is no need for any additional stip or loop to hold it.
Leather is dyed and treated with balm and carnauba wax.

I am asking $195 plus $8 shipping fee. I'll ship it Insured Priority Mail within CONUS. I accept Pay Pal and MO.
The price is reduced to $190 shipped.

This is nice but I loved that Silver Leaf you posted last year. That was one of the most elegant knives I ever saw!

What can I say, I wear my heart on my sleeve.

I'm also keeping my wallet in my safe because I want this one too and am looking things up on the web like how long one can safely go without food...

Wow! that is a work of art. the wood grain looks great and I love that mosaic. Keep it up!

I like the well trained ladybug you use in the pictures - or is a dead ladybug?

Can you tell me how the blade's tang is attached in the handle - there don't seem to be any external pins.

Thanks

Hidden tang. It has a threaded end(1" long thread on a 2-1/2" long tang; 3-1/2" overall), and pockets in the wood. The gap is filled eith epoxy.
Ladybug was scared to death, but alive. I took it because it had no black dots at all and very rich red color. Unusual.
