No cost to a Windows user.

The Explorer Help file says that Explorer automatically
imports Navigator bookmarks into the Explorer favorites.

I was devoted to Netscape as the best browser for a long time, but some time ago I found Explorer had caught up and passed it....I don't know if it's available to Mac users.

Used to be available for Macs, haven't checked recently to see if still free for them too. Don't know how they are at keeping versions for the older OS releases available.

[sigh] guess I may have to look into Explorer, but I hate to provide any support for that company, even if it costs me no $... Was the Opera browser ever released for Macs?
