Most comfortable production folding knife handle?

0562cf for me. I'm partial to curved handles and the placing of the thumb ramp on this model is super comfortable, even under extended use.

The cold steel code 4 just melts in your hand, thin, very smooth and surprisingly good grip!

The 810 benchmade Contego has a very rugged jumping, very rough g10 scales and gives you the confidence that it won't come out of your hand! If you have delicate hands you won't like it!

I have a bunch that just fit:
ZT 452 and 562.....both 'lock' in.
Hogue EX-04.....not one hot spot anywhere.
BM 581 and 940....one 'fat' & one thin....both very comfy.
Pro Tech TR-3 manual.....just about the perfect knife for me.
Spydie Para 2 & Millie....little blocky but they work.

Awesome, I need to try the stretch, 710 and 810. The dejavoo had a nice handle, still regret trading that one off.

Spyderco Military. The knife is so well-balanced, that holding it in any position feels like a natural extension of your hand.

There's a difference between fondling comfort and extended use comfort. The PM2 feels great in hand just holding it, but after heavy cutting, hot spots galore. The Large Sebenza 21 is so-so in hand in comparison to a Spyderco, but during heavy cutting, the 21 feels very good in the hand in comparison and very comfortable. One of the best overall feeling handles I've ever held is the Hinderer 3" XM-18. I've not had the opportunity to use it hard yet so no comment on "using" comfort.

And this goes to show ergonomics are fairly personal as well. I can cut all day long with a PM2, but I loathe the scales on a Sebenza for extended cutting.

Exactly, just like some people rave over the ergos of a SnG, but when I had a Lego SnG I wasn't that crazy about them. Not terrible, but not the best I've ever held. I have a CC model on the way though hoping I like it better.
