Next week is National Fraud Awareness Week and I know counterfeit knives can be a huge problem. I'm just curious what you think are the most counterfeited models out there. Spyderco knives are probably the most counterfeited with the PM2 likely number one.

Any other knives or brands you think people should be extremely cautious with?

Not exactly counterfeited as much or very well ( it hasn't been till recently they started to stamp them Buck, and those who've owned one don't need the knife in hand or even very close to spot the fakes ), but the Buck 110 has been a victim for probably Longer than any other folder .
Next would be the US MK2 ( aka KA-BAR ) I've never seen any that said KA-BAR so they may not really be counterfeits, but they all say USMC on them.

the most counterfeited knife out there is probably the CRK sebenza, they're seen all the time.

Yeah, there are different legel counterfeits for different target markets. I heard counterfeit Enduras nearly put Spyderco out of businessnat some point.

They have higher level counterfeits like Striders and Shiros. I heard alot of these go to the Russian a lnd European markets where a genuine Strider can be way less available. I don't condone counterfeits but I have heard from some Russian knifists that a Chinese Strider is the only Strider they can get.

Then buy something they can. But not a clone.

Spyderco, Benchmade, Zero Tolerance, Strider, Microtech, CRK, Shirogorov, Lionsteel, Extrema Ratio, Cold Steel, Hinderer, Emerson.

The most difficult to recognize are MT, CRK and Spyderco fakes.
