The Emerson Super CQC-8 is about the only new knife I want right now.

The lock on the one I had wore out in like a week. One month later and it could be closed like a slip joint.

Spend the extra cash and get the Strider. My experience with the three Emersons I've owned has been pretty bad.

Got me a custom Andrew Demko AD-10, only one made with titanium handles. Will be delivered in a couple of weeks...can't wait. Till then I carry a Strider SNG DGG with digi cam blade.
