So what is your most desired or eagerly awaited regular production knife? You know, regular as in Camillus, Spyderco, Benchmade, etc?

I think for me it might be spyderco stainless cricket.

Spyderco Kiwi, and,
Benchmade Benchmite, and,
William Henry Evolution, and -----

I'll think of something!!!!

Spyderco Kiwi: I want one just cause they're different.

BM AFCK with Axis Lock: I love my AFCK, and my Axis Lock 730 Ares, if I put the two together I can carry 1 less knife.

A D-2 Queen Doctors Knife: I've always wanted a Doctors Knife.

In the world of Balisongs, I'd say the BM42 (weehawk) is the most bought production knife.
I personally want a BM43 (bowie) next, already have the 42.

Jumping on Crit's post I have a BM42A & a BM43A but would definatly jump on a 43SS if they came out with one.

There is just so much more you can do with a balisong that a regular folder or a fixed blade knife.

Of course I could be persuaded into another nice Axis Lock Benchmade, gotta love 'em.

My answer has to be a Microtech. Doesnt get any better for productions, in my opinion. Being specific to which microtech.. hmmmm Socom Elite is the hardest one to find.. maybe tanto style.

Spyderco stainless Police model with fully serrated VG-10 blade...That's my favorite folder.

Benchmade's Model 49SPL was awarded the most collectible production knife of 2001. That's not bad.

Not much of a production knife guy, but I really like that new Extrema Ratio Nemesis folder. I love the lines and it looks exceptionally tough.

A good friend of mine was having a birthday (one of the significant birthdays) and so I decided I'd get him a William Henry Spearpoint Black and Tan.

I talked to several retailers who said it was back-ordered well over a year, and one Internet retailer said he had a waiting list that he didn't think he'd fill in three years.

I ended up having to call William Henry directly, and they helped me track down a retailer in Carmel who apparently didn't realize what they had sitting in their case.

So for the production knife that is hardest to get, I'd suggest any of the Black and Tan series from William Henry.

The Busse folder! :D
Not necessarily my personal choice, though. I'm not sure if I'm gonna buy it, but I'm certainly interested in what it looks like. And I certainly hope that I can handle one myself...one day hopefully not too far in the future... ;)
