At work I carry a Mayo baby hawk. It cost me $450.00 and I bought it directly from Tom. I bought it because I thought it was cute but I find the hawk shape blade to be way more useful than I originally thought. I use it to pick at tape and to cut boxes. It works like a really strong fingernail. At home I carry a small Sebenza with the silver contrast, stars and stripes design with the double thumblug option. It probably cost about 400.00. I have other customs that I carry once and a while but I seem to drift back to the Sebenza.
I also have a large regulat Seb that I just bought from Neil at True North Knives and it is on its way to Hawaii for the Mayonizing treatment. Hope to get it back this week and add it to my EDC rotation. Total cost $420.00.
My EDC is a small wood Seb, paid about $400 for it.
I really want a medium sized Mayo TNT....How can we convince Tom to take some more orders??? - Doesn't he need a new car or something, we need to get together and convice him to make say a limited run of a Bladeforums edition TNT, say a run of 50 or so.......
They all fall in the 60-100 range. Depending on what I'm doing around regular people the Spiderco or other small folder is my first choice because it is non threatening in appearance. while deployed overseas, the Emerson or REKAT.
