I've been on here for a few years now and I've seen some pretty high-dollar knives sold off this board. Does anyone know what the most expensive single knife ever sold here was?

That's an interesting question. I think we're more likely to get it answered if I move it to TGB&U.

$2,000 is not even a high-end custom. It is the beginning of mid-range.

There have been some katana sold here for over $3,000, by Bailey Bradshaw.

IIRC jaxurman sold some emerson pre-tac customs for + $3000, and IIRC i saw someone sell a lake folder for ~$5K, both of these were sevarl yrs ago though ('00 or so??)
