i bought a $400 Italian switch blade in Italy. it was a stupid purchase but a beautiful knife.
 
I ordered a fully custom Dozier quite a while back. Its a fixed blade in African Black Ironwood with all stainless including a pommel. I think it was $400-$450.
 
$90 for my 2004 Schatt and Morgan Wildcat Driller (bought 2 years ago), love the big honking blade:D:thumbup: close second was my Buck alpha dorado 154CM Bos Heat and Rosewood scales:D:D almost 3 years ago, got 60 bucks for it if i remember... its all relative i suppose, each guy/gal is gonna have a different scale to measure most $$ by...

I think my most expensive knife was a little over $200 for a BRKT Bravo-1 in green maple burl. Not much by many standards, but alot for me! :D
 
NMFBM from the Busse WebSite, I can't remember the exact amount but I want to say it was like $430.00 but Damn I got alot of steel for that Money, for me I would not pay that for a folder just not enough material for the price.

At Blade/Atl. about 3 or 4 years ago I bought the only Ed Fowler Pronghorn I'd ever seen for less than $1000....gave $985.
 
Leatherman sterling silver 25th Anniversary Charge - got it just as Aussie $ started to dive - never did calculate final cost but it worked out a lot more than I had budgeted
