Well, if you are looking for the one most famous Busse knife, I would think that there is only one that everyone knows of and only one person has. The Dragon's Fang! Other then that, it's too hard to say, it could be a BM, or some sort of SH which could be one of many (ASH1, HOGFSH, HHFSH, FSH, ETC...)

When I think of Busse, FSH is the first thing that comes to mind. The most famous one would be Battle Mistress though.

THE Bussekin knife for me is the Scrapyard SOD LE. Balance, design, ease of use, great slicer and easy to get razor sharp. A true icon.
